Actually we don’t have any doc related with 3G modem installation in Kuliax, but there’re many docs on the Internet that provide what you’re looking for.
If you want a quick doc just try read this: Huawei E620 3G data card and Linux. The author used Ubuntu, but this doc may applied to other Debian derivatives too like Kuliax and Linux distros for general.
